Constant Variable Ping

Hey everyone!

So for the last 3 days I've had highly variable ping. Screenshots of my test can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/kQ8YSXN and https://imgur.com/a/eI6F82O. And this is a test after flushing my DNS:https://imgur.com/a/0QhjiOi. I've talked to my ISP and of course they say nothing is wrong on their end, but in all the games I play I get symbols coming up telling me I've got Variable Ping and Packet loss. I've tested for variable ping and packet through both the command prompt and my routers built in ping test.

I've also ran a traceroute which can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/hmESvH3 I'm not very good at reading this things and I'm just feeling pretty lost with how to fix this, as I'm not fantastic with technology.

It's worth mentioning that on my home network I have a wired computer downstairs, then a computer that I'm on, which is on wifi, and a phone on wifi. All 3 devices have been having Variable ping issues, even while on a wired connection.

The only thing that's come close to fixing my issue was doing a factory reset to my router, after which everything was normal for about 5 minutes before it went back to having variable ping. It's worth mentioning as well that most of my ping tests have come back with 0% packet loss, although the ones that DID have packet loss were always at 6%.

Any help is super appreciated because I'm at the end of my rope and I've got no other ideas!

If u are going through WIFI, am out, that throws a big variable into it.

Otherwise suspect congestion, pay attention to upload pipe in addition to download.

Lastly suspect not proper Ethernet LAN driver. Windows may have "helpfully" updated it for you when it shouldn't have.
