Constant whooshing and huge RAM use out of nowhere

Hello everyone, I hope it's the right place. If not - let me know.

So my laptop, DELL Latitude E7450 with windows 10 (recently reinstalled) is making a constant whooshing sound. I am not doing anything, just watching a movie or reading online. Ocassionally it stops, but very rarely. Definitely heating in the area of the vent. I also see that System is running something really big:

https://imgur.com/TSCt1ml (ntoskrnl.exe). The laptop is 3 years old and whooshing used to happen when I really run something big and use a lot of RAM and that's explainable. But this is nonsense now.

I am too lazy to google 9 layers of solutions, so I hope I can get any help here.

SO this is when idle or only with one app, like a movie? This looks like memory leak. Try a repair install and see if that solves the issue. Prior to doing the repair install, see if you have any BIOS updates pending.
