[SOLVED] Constant Windows sound related to hardware connect disconnect plays when windows goes to sleep mode

Can anyone tell me how to locate and turn off the continuous sound related to hardware connect and disconnect. Someone told me the problem may be related to a driver. How or where would I look to find the problem? We have only had 10 for about a week and are still learning.
