Everything was great until I moved the PC about half a meter (20 inches?) away from where it is now, I just reconfigured my PC room a little, and suddenly the problems started appearing. I even switched my 4090 for a brand new one, exact same model, and still, there are problems, even after a clean Windows install (deleting all partitions).

I even did a complete, fresh, Windows 11 install, deleting all partitions, yet the problem still remains. I have no idea what the problem could be.

This is my configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i9-13900K
CPU cooler: Corsair iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX XT
Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI
Ram: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-5600 CL40 Memory
SSD/HDD: -Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB
-Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB
-Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB
GPU: Asus ROG STRIX GAMING OC GeForce RTX 4090 24 GB
PSU: MSI MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 1300 W 80+ Platinum
Chassis: Fractal Design Meshify 2 RGB
OS: Windows 11 Pro
Since it happened since I moved the PC slightly, maybe some cables got loose? I checked it and they all seem to be fine, maybe I should just get a new PSU and return this one?
Also, Hearts of Iron 4 ran faster on my 5950x and 3080ti, I don't get it. There is a significant stutter now when opening the national research tree in-game for example. Or if I switch countries with a cheat code, etc.

Apex Legends runs okay but intermittently stutters, but not all the time.

These are the problems causing my PC to crash:

Thanks for the reply.

Since I can still just return the RAM and buy a replacement, maybe I should just try that.

I also think that the RAM is the problem.
