Question contact amazon support?

Hi, I need to contact amazon support, but the chat doesn't work for me it says:

Chat is not available right now, but we have other options for you. How would you like to get help?

And seems like no option to call from my country (Chile).

I ordered an RX 9060 XT 16gb 4 days ago, and amazon suspended my account and canceled my order for suspicious payment method or something like that. I recovered my account sending images of my card and other documents, but the order was canceled and I want that graphics, but can't order again because its not available (I was like 3 days refreshing the page to find one available before).

Does someone know of there is a way to contact amazon?

I had luck at one of those numbers a few months ago.

I have no idea if they will work from Chile.

This is the customer support? I think its a shame, I even printed the order with the details of the delivery and payment, and they cancel my order like nothing?
