Does anyone know what all is installed on the Emergency
Repair disk?
If i created an emergency repair disk from an identical
machine (processor, etc) can I use it on a computer that
is having trouble booting up?
Do registry entries (for installed programs) get
overwritten by the info from the ERD?

The ERD only contains the following files:
autoexec.nt
config.nt
setup.log

Registry information is not written to the ERD for security reasons.

W2k hives don't fit a floppy diskette anymore, that's the reason.
