Context Menu [Send to] NOT displaying shortcuts in "SendTo" folder

Windows 7 Pro, 64bit, single-user (Administrator)

The [Send to] in Context Menu does NOT display ANY shortcuts in my SendTo folder.

I have tried various fixes from other sites, none worked.

First make sure you are int he correct menu.
The send to filder should be in c:\users\{your user name}\appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows
SendTo

All the entries in this folder need to be items that can also be launched via command line. Make you you select each one and view its properties; that they are valid and exist.

Did you view the screenshot? Is shows the path at the top scarch-bar, the one you state.
