(continue beep) when i put new ram in motherboard g41t-ad v 1.0

hello. when i install the new ram i get continue beep. my new ram is (tx2133kln-gk) 8gb (2x4). anyone know what is the problem

Might be the RAM. The G41 chipset was a bit of a stinker with RAM.
I found this: The G41 Express chipset has an obscure limitation which requires the use of dual-rank memory modules, which are typically double-sided, to attain 8 GB of memory.

Motherboard doesn't like that particular RAM - - - I had same issue - - you'll have to try different brands until successful.

Maybe ask friends with same chipset what RAM they're using?

Best to use one of the memory companies' scanner apps to locate suitable memory.
