I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place but I have looked for over a week now for some sort of help with this problem I've also had my computer in a repair shop for a week and that didn't help it at all and I am about ready to just cut my losses come to terms with the fact that this computer isn't going to work and accept that I wasted $1000+ trying to build my own computer and that I should stick to pre-built's.
My computer powers on the rear exhaust fan and the CPU fan turn on and the PSU fan all run but when I hit the power button and turn on the computer it gives ONE never ending continuous beep it doesn't have a short one and long one it has nothing just one long continuous beep and on my motherboard (MSI Z170 a-pro) the Easy Debug LED's on it the cpu light flashes for half a second or so barely at all right as the computer turns on and then the DRAM light stays on for a few seconds and then then VGA light comes on after the DRAM and that stays on. All the while the one long beep is continuing and will not stop. I have tried each stick of RAM in a different spot have them both in 1-2,1-3,1-4 and then 2-3/2-4 ect. I've also had just one stick of RAM in and tried that in all of the different spots and that didn't work either. BUT WHILE THE BEEP IS GOING MY COMPUTER WILL STILL GO INTO BIOS. And I just do not understand why I cannot find any information on this problem anywhere else online I almost feel as if I am the only one having this issue right now. I've taken my GPU out and done every suggestion that I could find that seemed similar to my problem. I am desperate at this point I brought it to a shop and the guy there told me it was a motherboard issue so I ordered a new motherboard and dropped another $150 and the same thing happens so now I have two motherboards the same problem and no working computer. If anyone knows how to fix this or has any idea please tell me and I am not even joking I will legitimately tip someone via PayPal if they can fix this because I am enrolled in online college courses and I am unable to start to do them since I don't have my own computer. This problem is just frustrating me to the point where I myself haven't messed with it in four days and I just now went to try on it again and am at a total loss. Please help me with any information that you can as I am desperate to get this computer working. Thank you for your help.

Solution
the Easy Debug LED's on it the cpu light flashes for half a second or so barely at all right as the computer turns on and then the DRAM light stays on for a few seconds and then then VGA light comes on after the DRAM and that stays on.
1) Make sure set the RAM in XMP profile.
2) Do you use onboard iGPU or the discrete GPU?
3) May check the fan control setting in the BIOS, check the MB manual, like CPU/Cha Fan fail warning control.
4) May try clear the CMOS, reset the BIOS setting too.
