Continuous beep on start up

if i power on my dell laptop, upon showing the windows start up screen freezes,and start to make a continuous beep sound and keypad also won't press.

Sounds like it could be a MoBo issue to me.

If you're still under warranty consider contacting the company that supplied you with the laptop. If not, I suggest you wait for someone more knowledgeable to come to your rescue here.

Check the motherboard's or laptop's manual for what the beep codes mean. The beeps hint to something wrong in the POST, likely a hardware-related problem (such as something not being seated properly).
