Continuous BSOD when booting Windows 10

A friend of mine has recently started to experience BSOD issues continuously on startup. System specs are as follows:

- i7 8700k (not overclocked)
- Asus ROG Maximus Hero Z370
- Samsung 850 EVO 1 TB 2.5 inch SSD
- Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz (not overclocked)
- Corsair RM750i
- Corsair H100i V2
- Asus GTX 1080 Ti ROG STRIX 11GB

So far I have tried:

- Removing every USB device from mobo
- New RAM
- New SATA cables
- New SSD
- Connecting SSD to new SATA port
- Updating BIOS
- Resetting BIOS settings
- MEM test (returned OK)

Here is the weird part, I tried my SSD (running latest Windows 10) and it worked absolutely fine! No crashes, no BSOD. I also tried booting from my Linux drive and this also worked as expected.

So, my final thoughts were to reinstall Windows 10. I created a bootable USB, wiped the SSD (from my machine), booted from the USB, and this also causes the system to crash...

What am I missing?

Solution
Try using a different flash drive when you create win 10 installer. I have had those usb drives corrupt the installation process for some reason. I try to stay away from the cheap ones. Have a few grey hairs from trying to figure this put
