Continuous short beeps not stopping!!

Hello I'm going insane not being able to disable or find out why my computer is having a continuous short beeping sound which I'm guessing is the motherboard. I tried different memory sticks so that's not the issue, gpu is snug, nothing is overheating I've checked temps, a disk drive had to be repaired though I think that's just cause I turned the pc off wrong during me trying to repair it repeatedly at one point. I can't find where the sound is coming from exactly to disable it physically cause it's too loud and my brother said that he looked where the sound should of been coming from for my model motherboard and there was nothing to take out. I've disabled the presumed beep sound through a couple different places in cmd for example too. I'm convinced my motherboard is freaking out like it's malfunctioning since I can't find anything wrong with another piece of hardware. At first I heard the sound some days ago a couple times but it stopped quickly. Now it NEVER stops. Please help me I can't figure out why it won't stop I've checked different threads and sites for past issues and nothing is working. Also I can do anything I could do before this started my PC is running just fine besides the loud beep of course.

UPDATE already.
I decided to get more crazy by trying to fix it again and all I did was turn it on and now it was literally turning itself on and off repeatedly. Like what EVEN makes it do that? Looks like my pc isn't normal besides the beep now. Possible power supply issue or disk drive since they've done a self repair already once?

I can't even get into bios anymore, the last thing I was able to try and do was turn off the beep sound through cmd. Now it's been once again repeatedly turning on and off after I initially turn it on. Which is why I thought something was also wrong with power supply... but now I'm sure I've messed up the disk again and it's gonna have to repair a lot because of all the restarts.

I tried that but nothing changed. What does disconnecting hdd have to do with trying to fix the power from going on and off over and over?

Well like I said I tried disconnecting both hard disks and it's doing the same thing with the power on and off.

Could you explain like I'm five as I don't want to break nothing. By power input do you mean power power supply? And start button after meaning the typical power startup on the case?

Also I may of found the problem? I checked the motherboard manual and the only similar beep was one for a failing power supply which would make sense since its turning on and off?

Yes, failing of part of PSU can do that too. To reset CMOS, there are two pins at the right bottom end just above F_Panel connector, marked CLR_CMOS. Connect them with a metal thing like a screwdriver for few seconds while everything is unplugged from power.

Well nothing changed it seems. I have a 750W PSU. Could I try a new one soon maybe with a slight over spec for wattage or do you think it's a different problem? I'm just going off the error code.

Okay. Also would you be able to tell me what exactly I disabled when I turned off "beep" through cmd and sound settings before the psu completely failed? Cause obviously that didn't make the beeps stop so I'm not sure what I did then...

It's probably talking about a different beep in the articles then... lol

To be fair I was very stressed out with a headache from all the beeping so I guess I didn't see exactly what type or beep it was talking about. Anyway I'm planning on getting a psu today since I hope that's the solution...i hope that the disks are okay too through all the powering on and off. Would you suggest a psu or I'm guessing you should know my specs?

I have a 750w and it still failed so should I really go lower? And I have a gtx 1070, i5 4590, 2x4 memory though 2x8s are coming very soon.
