continuous swipe for touchpad like a trackball

hi guys just wondering if any body knows of any way or software that lets the mouse cursor continually move after i swipe, like spinning a trackball.

What about a track ball mouse? I used to use one of those. But that's a hardware solution. I don't know about a software solution.
