Hello, so on my PC I recently got a message that I needed to restart my PC because a SmartScreen update occurred (I'm not 100 percent sure that's what it was about though.)
So I restarted my PC, everything was normal. But then I started getting the same continuous error message popping up over and over again. I'm running Windows 10, and all I've tried to fix the issue was to completely turn off my PC and unplug its power cable, but that's about it.

Here's the error message that pops up:

Script: C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\smartscreentvbs.vbs
Line: 42
Char: 1
Error: The system cannot find the file specified.

Code: 80070002
Source: WshShell.Exec

I've already tried disabling it, and the error still shows up. Did I have to restart my PC though? Because when I disabled it I didnt restart
