Um, well, since an LCD doesn't refresh, refresh doesn't matter. Contrast, response time, and brightness are very important factors (although there are alos many others). Contrast and response time are very important, and brightness not so much, as any new LCD will be sufficiently bright.

What if your life moved.....2 inches to the left?
