Control 2 computers with 1 keyboard and 1 monitor

Hello,
I want to control 2 computers but use just one keyboard and one monitor. I have an Belkin Omni Cube 4-port (designed just for that) but on the bottom it says Windows NT & Windows 98 - so I'm not sure if I can use it for my Windows XP computer and Windows 7 computer.

It should work as long as those newer computers support PS2 keyboard and mouse.
