Question Control centre problem

Hi ,
My control centre looks like this (see attached) how do I getto the more sophisticated version where I can change fan speed etc, I had it before but I now only seem to have the one with access to basic settings

Have you tried clicking on the thing that is marked "Extra Setting"? The fan speed is also checked off as Automatic, have you tried unchecking that to see if it allows you to change things?

Hi yes - clicking extra setting just allows me to adjust colours - and you cant click off automatic - only click maximum. This appears to be a simplified version of control centre - any help here ? Thanks.
What I'm looking for is how to get back to this which is what I had before :
