control my wifi

Hey,
I have a 4g portable modem and i know how to see who's on and all of these stuff, what i want is to see how much each person used of the data and to know what are they doing now. Data usage is really important since it's a 4g with limited data. so i wanna know if there's a program or something that will help me.

Usually there should be a GUI accessible through your browser and you might have the option through there to view how much data usage they have been using. I don't think you can limit it but possibly monitor. I think it might depend on the modem model that you have. I know this option is usually available on routers.

i can see the overall usage but not the usage of each device, so i was wondering if there a separate program or something that might help

it is possible that a software would exist but I think it would be tied to a hardware component on you network to monitor the activity on your network but for this kind of setup I think you would at least need a router and to have all the traffic go through it. But this router would have to have the ability to monitor the traffic by looking at each device like your requiring.

I've heard of the application WireShark which is a network monitoring software and I think it can monitor the network activity by IP addresses on your network.
