control panel - start button?

Hi,

I'm new to Win 10 .... often when looking on-line to do things with Win10 ... it says to right-click on the start button and select 'Control Panel'. When I right-click .... there's a bunch of stuff but ... no control panel. Can someone tell me how to get it in there?

they removed it from that menu in the ltest update. use cortana to search for it and it will be the first result
