Under the contol panel I'm stuck with the classic view!!! I do not have the
option to switch to category view!!!

Backup the registry. Check if you find a key " 'ForceClassicControlPanel'"
set to 1 under:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

If yes, delete it.
