Hello all. I am pretty sure my son got some syrup or something similar on the bumper button on the oculus rift controller. it sticks when i press it. so when i play i spray some tv screen cleaner on it and i guess it softens the syrup and the button works fine. but the next day again it is sticky. it not the trigger it is the bottom one....the bumper.

any ideas on how i can get it to not stick? thx

remove the syrup.
your essentially making it liquid for a bit, then it dries and gum city, rinse repeat.

IDK about that particular controller but opening it and removing the offending syrup, and cleaning the contacts while your there is the only long term way I know of.
