Controller Goes Crazy

I bought a fresh new X360 wired controller, I'm pretty sure it's real because computer recognised it and xbox 360 accessories program recognised it, the problem is, after like using it for 5 minutes, it goes totally crazy, it won't take any input at all apart from left stick and that will not act like the stick itself but whenever i move it it presses and hold lots of random buttons. I don't know if I can fix this in any way. Now, what I've noticed it sometimes, it goes for hours and hours without pulling this off and I think, this only happens when my iPhone is charging.. I'll do some testing and put it as an edit soon.

If you bought it new from a store... I'd return it for an exchange before the 15 Day return period expires.

I bought it online, and threw away the package possibly with warranty while i wasn't paying much attention
