So I bought a controller like 2 days ago and I noticed that the controller is just working 3/4 of its full range after that no more response. Here is the video http://
There is nothing weird.
That are cheap controllers that don't have like PS2 joystick mechanism that have good deadzone/range.
For example im using Torid Gamepad and sensitivity is pretty neat.
If you wanna better controller, XBOX 360 or similar because xbox configuration is compatible better than ps3 scheme (xinput and bla bla bla).

That most of time for cheap controllers doesn't have anything with calibration.
I have koracell which deadzone is just half way 1/2 and calibration doesn't do a quack.
Either he has to buy reputable brand of joystick or stick with it.
Usually good response over linear is usually good at racing games.
But for soccer and other it shouldn't matter much.
I don't disagree. But if he hasn't run the calibration (next tab over), he doesn't know where the dead zones are for sure. I figure it's worth a try before spending more money.

I did everything i could. i calibrated it, i reinstalled the drivers but nothing helped. so the solution is to buy a better controller ?

He could, i know what you're saying to test out the last possibilities, but i had like a ton of joysticks.
Originals from PS2, Koracell, speedlink and etc.

Yup. Like Robert said. it's just what Robert said.
