Question Controller suddenly spinning

So i recently bought a brand new controller (1day old) and i unplugged it and plugged it back in today and suddenly my left analog stick isnt working and when i'm in a game it starts spinning to the left. I've tried to calibrate it multiple times, seems to be getting no input from my D-Pad or anything. This also occurs when i press my windows key, i can see my controller moving down.
