Question Controller to PS/MB

Hello,
I'm wondering if it is possible to connect a temperature sensor to molex or 12, 5 PINs ?
It has a Line and Neutral lines out, also it has to be powered by 4-24 V DC
In that case, can I plug them directly into molex or sata or even Motherboard pins? Is it save for my PS/MB?

A temp sensor, for what?

There are thousands of different temperature sensors.
Some of them might work off a PC PSU, others not.

To control temp in different side of my gpu and CPU of course ;p, I don't like a software, control temp, stuff, they lie or measure in incorrect part of hardware's part. Thus, it is not worth ?
