Controlling fan speed separately

Hi guys,

I have decided to get 3 Jetflo 120 and 1 Xtraflo 120 (Slim) for my Cooler Master N200 Case. Both are 4 pins PWM fans. Is it possible to control the speed of all 3 Jetflo while having Xtraflo runs at maximum speed? Or is it possible to control all 4 separately?
If it is possible, how do I do that? (I have limited knowledge about fans and the connection)

I have Asrock H97M Anniversary motherboard which has two headers only (one which will be used for my CPU cooler, so only one 4 pins header left)

Thanks !

You can pick this Swiftech PWM splitter up for cheap, connect it to CPU fan header and have your CPU as well as the 3 Jetflow's running off of it while the Xtraflo fan can run off the other available fan header. I'm not sure you can regulate the fans RPM for the second fan header(chassis fan header near the bottom of the motherboard) but it'll be a good idea to try it in BIOS.
