Controlling Sony FCB camera with VISCA

What is the best way to set the Sony FCB series block cameras?

I tried the FCB-B Series Control Panel software for download on the Sony
website, but it seems to issue random commands.

The cameras use the VISCA communication protocol over RS-232. However I
cannot seem to find any decent Windows software that allow me to change the
settings of the cameras.

Change settings of the camera? Visca is a control device - stop, play,
fastforward, rewind and pause.
