So I bought this after my corsair h110i gave out after 5 years.

https://www.amazon.com/GOLDEN-FIELD-Water-Cooling-Cooler/dp/B07VLGM71N

It's actually much quiter...But I can't figure out how I can access the fan curve or control the lighting.

Right now it has an average curve but it ramps up at 75 degrees which is annoying because overclocked gaming the cpu keeps passing the threshold...they power to full blast for a second then it cools off and they power down and the cycle repeats.

Also while the RGB is cool rotating colors I would prefer to leave it on the color of my choice.

Can I get some input?

I have an old Asus X99A 3.1 for my 5820k so I don't have an ARGB header.

The link you've given doesn't work for me and takes me to a search results page on Amazon.

Since the cooler doesn't have USB support nor does your board have an ARGB header, you can only work off the hub that came with the cooler, provided you're talking about this cooler. I'm also unsure if that AIO has software support whereby you can manage the fans(fan curve).
