Hello all, I just wanted to update on the changes I made from feedback I got from my previous post.
I was told to change some placement of my fans and try to move my graphics card back to the first PCIE slot.

My top fans on the ceiling of my case had been intake instead of outtake so I changed that
I added a fan below my GPU
I also put my GPU back into the first PCIE slot

Everything works! My GPU temp at idle went from 40 to 25-30 degrees C

I really appreciate the feedback I received and especially to @Karadjgne who wrote a very easy-to-follow response on how my case airflow was like a convection oven. lol.
Thanks to the others as well for the help including @RTX 2080
The responses were so fast and I am much happier with my cooler build :)

Top PCI-E slot should be renamed to GPU slot. That's where you want it 99.99% of the time.
I don't like newer cases because you can't fit a sidedoor fan just opposite to GPU. That drops temps of GPU by 5-10 C. My sidedoor of metal didn't have it either but I made my own.
