Conventional PCI at 66Mhz?

I’m looking for a motherboard that supports conventional PCI at 66Mhz? Apparently even though the standard has existed for years most motherboards still can't run their PCI at 66Mhz, even if they are Rev 2.1 or greater?

Convention says PCI shall be at 33mhz. If you want 66mhz ,you must use PCI-x.

But it say that Rev 2.1 and greater PCI should have 66Mhz optional, there are also devices that run at 66Mhz PCI.

66MHz PCI is only supported on server boards.
