Are you sure thats for a windows install and not just how to convert the installer?
The instructions are mentioning D drive in all the steps, so its likely that converts the installer, not install.

I am not good at technical terms. I have .ESD in both OS and and can convert the flash drive. I was wondering if the installed ESD OS can be changed to .Wim?
