conversion of RAW file system to NTFS file system on 500GB Seagate External Hard Disk

Hiiii frnds, I am Nishant i am having 500GB Seagate external hard disk which has two partitions. One day i was copying some files from other Desktop to it and due to some problem in copying(as i think) one partition in which i was copying the files went to become RAW system. And now when i am connecting the disk to my PC, the name of partition has changed to Local Disk and has become inaccessible. As i have very important files on that partition so i cant format it without retrieving the files safely. Also i have used some data recovery softwares but i couldnt have been able to recover all the data as the amount of data is around 190 GB. Please help me quickly. Contact me with mail on [email removed]. I want to give stress on the fact that i cant loose my data. so please give me some appropriate solution as soon as possible.....

The only possibility I can think of is a professional data recovery service. They are very expensive, but can do magical work recovering data from totally broken HDDs

i have also tried this Recuva Software and even then i havent got the solution....

once again i will try with Recuva...... but will it recover so much amount of data atleast 150 GB???????

it will recover what has not been overwritten/damaged. the size is not a factor so much
