Convert a .mov file

I have a .mov file that I want to play on a DVD player that will play only
these file types: DVD, CD, MP3, Picture-CD, CD-R, CD-RW. Is ther a way to
convert this .mov file to a format that will play on a DVD player?

Download and install TMPGenc and install "Quicktime plugin for TMPGenc" and
convert your .mov file to MPEG1.
Then use VCDEasy software to make the VCD.

All these are free.
