convert chinese win2k to english

does anyone know how to change the language which windows
uses?
i cant find a converter pack online and i cant negotiate
the control panel because i cant read it.... im rather
stuck... suggestions anyone?

I believe you will need to buy another copy of the OS in the language you
wish & do a clean install. There's no converter pack for OS language version
that I know of.
