Convert Display into Side By Side 3D for 3DTV

I might be posting this in the wrong Topic, but is there a way to display my normal desktop in Side By Side 3D, so that when I connect it to a 3DTV and select Side By Side 3d in my TV, it displays everything on my PC in 3D, like those converted 2D to SBS 3D movies?

Suppose my desktop looks like this:

I want it to look like this:

Is this kind of realtime 3D conversion possible?

I have an Intel HD 4000 with a Radeon HD8670M. Intel HD Settings has a 3D feature, but it doesn't work (The panel says it's working, but I don't see any change).

How I want to change my windows 10 2D to side by side (SBS) 3D mode.
Windows 10 pro. 64bit
CPU is
Core i5 2nd generation
RAM 8GB
AMD HD 7950 3GB
and the display is
Sony bravia KDL-42800B 3D
