Convert rocker to desk chair

I was given an x rocker a while back and due to a lack of use I was about to put it up for sale when I had the thought to maybe convert it into a rolling desk chair. Does anyone know of any resource or pages/blogs that might help me out? I am doing a bunch of searching but I figured I might tap the collective here in the forums that have helped me so vastly over the years just in case.

That thing would be a horrible chair, while the company does make chairs, the design is not the same. It's designed to lean back where you are basically lying down, a chair you sit in. You will be stressing your back and legs trying to sit in that thing.
