Convert SATA cables to Molex?

Hello,

I have an old system with no SATA controllers
Since the power supply is modern, it has more SATA power connectors than Molex

So can i get adaptors that convert SATA Power cables to Molex?
If not, is there another way of getting more Molex cables without getting a new power supply?

The other option is using Y cables (= molex splitters) to get two from one like this: https://www.amazon.com/C2G-Cables-Go-Internal-Multi-Color/dp/B00007JO36/ref=sr_1_10?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1503406893&sr=1-10&keywords=molex+splitter
You might find them a little cheaper, but it's a few dollars at most.

If all you're powering is a couple of hard drives you'll be absolutely fine using those. It's when people start rigging them up to power 150W + GPUs that things get dicey quick.
