Convert SRM to SAV and vise versa

I am playing Pokemon Emerald on an emulator (RetroArch) that uses SRM save files, i am trying to convert this SRM file to a SAV file so i can open the save in another emulator, use a cheat, and convert it back so i can play it in RetroArch again. Any way i can do this?
