Convert to 64 bit to 32 bit

I have a Coverter software 64 bit. How to chage the 64 bit to 32 bit

You cannot. 64-bit software must be run on a 64-bit operating system. If you have a 32-bit operating system, you must get a 32-bit version of the program.
