Question Converted part of a 2tb ssd to Gpt...

Now i cant see the rest of the drive. Shows 288gb and nothing else. Do i need to reset the ssd?

You can't convert "part " of it.

2 tb ssd.
Rebuilding pc with new mb and cpu
Drive had 2 partions.
Drive 0 partion 1, 223 gb and windows 10 os
Drive 0 partion 2, the remaining 2 tb, were i installed games.

New mb/cpu requires gpt
Used diskpart to clean and convert drive 0 partion 1
Installed windows 10
Currently only shows 223gb available.

When using disk part or disk management only shows the 223gb. No unallocated space.

diskpart clean works at the physical drive level, not at the individual partition level.
You can DELETE a parition, but you CLEAN a drive.

Please show us a screencap of your current Disk Management window.

Lol nm, had wrong sata cable hooked up. 1 of the reasons im moving these 5 drives to m.2
