converter and a converter plug or just a converter plug?

what do i need ??? voltage 220v-240v states on the plug and (manual states input 90V-240V )and led power output 6W led lights, for a disco light use in the USA that has a EU plug on it???? Do i need a voltage converter and a converter plug or just a converter plug?

If the input allows 90-240VAC 50/60Hz then all you need is a converter plug to use in the US.
