Converter box to HDMI from coaxial Satellite cable in wall

New Smart Tv with HDMI. coaxial cable in wall from Dish Receiver in another room. Is there a converter box that I can buy that will allow me to watch my Satellite tv without paying for another receiver from Dish Network?

You can run another type of cable from that receiver to where the TV is. And many TVs have a coax input also, have you tried that?
