converter hdmi to vga XFX RX 560D

So i have problem with my display, the monitor show no signal when i install the XFX rx 560d before this my display work just fine with that gpu. I know the problem is my converter (hdmi to vga) that cannot adjust the resolution to my display which only 720p and only have vga port. so i want to ask u should i buy dvi-d to vga active converter but someone says that xfx rx 560 doesn`t support the dvi-d to vga converter since it has hdmi 2.0b (which i dont know what does it mean) or should i buy the active converter hdmi to vga? if yes, wil this converter works? https://imgur.com/a/xOIMa2l

Did it work? I have the same card, but it won't display with a hdmi to vga adapter.
