[SOLVED] converting aax to flac (or wav)

Hello, I am trying to convert a bunch of aax files to flac or wav (preferably not mp3). I've done some googling but everything I've found is either kinda sketchy or too good to be true. I don't mind if it's a paid service too.

If the program also can do more than just that, that's fine as well.

You need to get the activation bit
https://github.com/inAudible-NG/audible-activator
Then you can just use ffmpeg to convert it to whatever you want.

So I checked out what you suggested and I will be honest, I'm kinda confused on what I'm supposed to do. If you don't mind, please spell it out for me 'Barney style'? I am sadly kinda ignorant on the coding stuff. I've never used github before.

I did find Audible-converter.ml before but it seems it won't do audiobooks after a certain size limit. Like it is processing but then just hangs at a point.
