Converting Alienware to custom build

Hello im wondering if it will be easy to convert my alienware into a custom build i am having some problems with it so i was thinking about just gutting it and rebuilding it into a new computer does anyone have any suggestions, here are my specs:

apps constantly crashing, not being able to update windows, my pc randomly starting up, microphone issues, over all kind of slow

Reload windows would be my first thing I'd try. Not with a restore disk, but a real copy.

If you don't want to do that, heat, faulty memory and/or drive would be my first guess as to bad hardware. Cleaning the case and checking the drive and RAM would be a good idea if you want to fix it.

How would I get a real copy? And I’m trying to download windows 10 rn but that’s not going so

It should download just fine. From MS site. Might want to look into heat/RAM/drive problems first. You need to find the source of the errors first. Have you checked the event viewer?

I havent is there anything specific i should be looking for because i have never used/heard of the event viewer
