Converting my Game HDD's from MRB to GPT

I have a problem I am hoping to get solved here.

I am planning on installing Windows 10 finally, been using Windows 7 for some time now. Anyway, my computer boots in legacy mode instead of UEFI, I had to change it to that for some reason long ago and cannot remember why. My computer is an Alienware Aurora R4 with Bios A11 and it does support UEFI mode.

So of course being in legacy mode all of my drives, my main OS drive and my two gaming HDD's are MRB drives. I know there are tools that can convert drives from MBR to GPT without losing data. My OS drive is going to get wiped anyway when I install Windows 10, so that drive I am not worried about.

However, my two gaming HDD's I would hate to lose all my games on them. Can I switch them to GPT from MBR? Will they work fine in Windows 10 once I switch over to UEFI mode before installing Windows 10?

If I have to lose my games, then oh well, there is a bunch I don't play but again, would hate to lose them if I can save them.

Solution
Install win 10 boot drive as GPT (its what win 10 prefers and if it recognizes BIOS supports UEFI< it may insist on it.

If you download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB, you will ensure you have the latest version which just so happens to include this tool: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/81502-convert-windows-10-legacy-bios-uefi-without-data-loss.html

now you don't really have to swap the 2 drives to GPT unless they over 2tb and you missing some space on MBR you cannot access. Win 10 will happily use them without needing to format them.

What games? Are they steam/origin? You can reuse the old game foiders and not need to dl them again. All you need to do is install the...

All you need to do is install the steam/origin client in win 10 and point the default library locations at old games libraries and the apps will find games and not need you to reinstall them again.
