Converting pictures to 4k?

is there a way to convert pictures to the 4k resolution? I have a folder full of pictures i would like to use as screensavers but most of them are not at the 4k resolution so when they are displayed they fill up only part of the screen leaving most of it black T_T is there a way to convert these pictures to the 4k resolution? or do i just have to find other pictures already at 4k?

Yes and no. Yes, you can do it, but they'll look absolutely terrible (unless the original image is actually larger than 4k).

You can convert to 4k, but that will not make the images look like a native 4k image.

I recommend checking out IrfanView because it has a batch conversion option that can take one folder do the conversions and save to a selected folder. This way you will keep the original files.

If your images are 1920 x 1080 these settings would work.
Remember the resample for better images and keep aspect
