I would like something that will do the job done for getting it to 4 ghz and keeping it under 80* C.
I dont want a coolermaster 212 evo and i want it to be under 50$
80C is waayyy too hot for an FX CPU. Because the thermal sensors are further away from heat producing components in the FX series, they need to be kept at a lower reported temperature. An FX CPU will throttle at about 65C core and 55C CPU.
For a 700MHz overclock, I would recommend the Noctua NH D15.

i was thinking at a deepcool lucifer k2 or a REEVEN Steropes RC-1206 because noctua products are waay overpriced in my country.
The Lucifer is a huge cooler and may cause RAM clearance issues. And to be honest, the Reeven model OP suggested and the Phanteks model Karadjgne suggested both don't list a recommended TDP.
However, it seems that the Phanteks model is has more surface area and would likely do a better job.
Umm if Noctua products are way over priced in your country, just what country are you in? Kinda helps since exchange rates and supplies are different. As in the case of the Noctuas.
They ship in from China for distribution and sell very fast. Have seen it before when none available anywhere - that's why I grabbed a couple Like to have at least 1 in the shop, just in case
For the longest time, the only ppl who had the H7 were NCIX, and even then they had problems keeping it stocked. It's that good, if they could get production up to the 212s numbers, they'd easily outsell the 212.
