cooler 5mm over maximum cooler hight

i have the zalman z11 plus hf1 and its maximum cooler hight is 161mm.
i want to buy the Dark Rock 3 pro but its hight is 163mm. will it fit or do i need to buy another cooler?

I have CM690 III with the Cooler Height of 169mm on Site and i wanted to buy the Coolermaster Master Air Maker 8 CPU cooler with Height of 170mm i was also confused
But I bought the Cooler and it workrd and fitted properly still there is 2-3mm Gap or may be more i can close the side panel
