I want to build a PC with the cpu 13700k and I intend to overclock it, I'm thinking about getting a Deepcool AK620, is that cooler enough for the 13700k? or should I get an AIO?

A high quality AIO can cool a little better than the Deepcool.

I'd guess repeat guess that if you are concerned enough about temps to make a post about it, that you would be somewhat anxious if you went with air on an over-clocked 13700K.

Why settle for being anxious and later second-guessing yourself?

Of course, I could be dead wrong. Maybe you are largely indifferent to temps, maybe you are antsy about longevity and maintenance on an AIO, maybe you are averse to noise, maybe you have a limited budget, etc, etc.

Some would probably raise an eyebrow about the usefulness of overclocking a 13700K, but that's another issue.

If I get an AIO then will the Corsai H100i Elite Capellix XT work? (By "work" I mean cool down the overclocked 13700k effectively & sufficiently)

Effectively and sufficiently is subject to your definition.....not mine.

It wouldn't cool as well as a better AIO....obviously enough. Maybe you have extreme overclocking on your mind. Day in and day out.

I don't know at what point you would say "sufficient".

What would I do? I'd use air and not overclock....relying on my definitions of effectively and sufficiently. Not yours.

Signifying not much. You have to suit yourself and I expect you will, subject to personal factors.....budget, anxiety, reviews you might read, etc.

We don't know anything else about your setup...case airflow, case fans, typical ambient temps, etc. That might be a factor.

The choice might not be as big a deal as you think in the long run, but you still have to deal with the notion of "what if I'm wrong!!!!". Hand-wringing, second-guessing, etc.
